My bf and I go here every day and have been for months. Macy is amazing and takes customer service above and beyond. Shes detail oriented, listens well , and is beyond sweet. Someone give her a raise! Lol please and thanks. She’s the reason we keep coming back

My dad and I love this place and usually stop by a couple times a week. The staff are always super kind and friendly. I love their coffee and the few desserts we've tried. Especially the cake pops!
The white mocha I got was undrinkable. No white chocolate flavoring, coffee was burnt and they forgot the whip cream too. Terrible. Retrain your staff. Waste of money.

My favorite coffee shop in Tacoma it the perfect flavor blend every time and every staff member I’ve encountered in the (almost) year I’ve been going there has always been friendly, polite, and courteous. My drink (iced white mocha) also costs around $1.50 less than the big chain coffee places around. 10/10 recommend.Kid-friendliness: They have great drink options, cake pops, and cookies that kids enjoy!
