My food was cold by the time I received it. My hamburger was just thrown togethier it looked like. There wasn't a lot of people waiting either.

This is now the third day in a row, where their computers crashed, and seemingly and seemingly no solution insight. Was told by the cashier three times are computer keeps crashing. We’re just going to restart it we don’t know what to do. Sounds like an issue that maybe you should get fixed considering it’s the third day in a row the same issue has happened. And as usual customer service is lacking I don’t know who the general manager is or the regional manager is but I would be disappointed if this was my store.

I thought it was kinda crazy, that while I was sitting in the lobby area eating my food, all of a sudden, there was an announcement on a speaker system where everyone could hear someone saying to the public that “any criminal activity will be reported to the police and that this location is subject to random safety checks by law enforcement to ensure the safety of the customers and employees”.

Just ordered two cheeseburgers at the kiosk at this location. Paid. And didn't get a reciept. Nobody was at the counter. No reciept=no proof I made a purchase. So I left without my food, and nobody there even acknowledged my very existence. They were very quick to take money, though.

Another place I park my car to take naps. Bathrooms are usually gross though.
Unfortunately whoever spoke to me through the drive through speaker is deaf in the Sense that I spoke decently loud and clear about what I wanted and I rolled up to get my food and was charged in correctly for my meal on top of them messing my order up, and when I pulled up to receive my order the teenager who passed it off to me had the biggest attitude towards me.
I understand it's fast food, but Jesus Christ.
I really appreciate this McDonald’s. I messed up on a part of my order and they were quick to fix it. Thank you so much.

The toilet was very dirty and the staff gathered together to chat during working hours.
The fries were not good either.
