Maybe it's tough to rate a McDonalds but some things worth noting might help. This place nearly always has questionable groups of people inside and out. Loud car gatherings in the parking lot, loitering. Inside, there were off duty employees in street clothes that were involving themselves behind the counter which I found to be shady. Their floors had trash pretty much all over the place. It was like social hour, and somehow my mobile order got missed and I was standing around for about 30min waiting. The only positive was that the manager took note of the error and wait time and offered me a fountain drink at no cost.

I have never gotten my food correct. Anything over just a numbered meal and size with come to drink they screw it up. The fries are always burnt or cold.

Service was absolutely terrible I ordered ahead of time they still pulled me forward. Then I asked what was taking so long and the guy just shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know. Unprofessional. On top of that when I finally got home with my food some of it was not even cooked all the way. Worst McDonalds I’ve been too.

It was a perfectly fine experience. The food was decent, nothing was offensive or anything, I just personally feel like the place was dull and uninspired.

This has the nastiest bathroom of any McDonald's. Trash on the floor. Hair from private parts all over the toilet seat as if it hadn't been cleaned in a month. The roll of toilet paper is laying on the ground because the roller is broken. And two bonus flies buzzing around my bum.
All winter I had a hard time getting my steak and cheese biscuit without sauce. No one helpful, they even said they remade without the sauce for me to leave and still not be able to enjoy my breakfast because there was still sauce on it. I even made a video of it. Anyhow, there is a lady named Gale, who got my sandwich right and her suggestions is how I got my steak and cheese biscuit with no sauce. I especially enjoy Gale because she lets me share my good news from school with her and is always excited when I bring her good news. Today there was a helpful young man there who took my order rather quickly and got me out there. Service is great as long as Gale is there.

Waited in line for over 30 mins total, ordered my food at the speaker, got my receipt at the first window, all to get up to the second window to get my food for them to tell me they don’t have ice cream after 12. Why would you not say that as soon as I placed my order instead of letting me waste 30 mins in line?? Will not be going back
