The slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Saw an order get finished and placed on a shelf. I then stood there waiting for over 20 minutes and turns out it’s mine.

Not so great experience. The food itself was fresh and only a few minute wait. However, I chose to dine-in while my car was being worked on. That was a mistake. I should have gone somewhere else. This McDonalds apparently doesn’t believe in heat. The lobby was so freezing cold that my hands were like icicles. It got so bad before I left that I could barely move them because they were that cold. It’s really sad that I can step outside into 45 degree weather while it’s raining and feel warmer outside than I did inside that lobby. What a miserable experience.

I never had a bad experience at any McDonald's until now. We were being ignored for 15-20 min at the register, we waited patiently because they looked busy, then someone came out to open the bathroom door for someone behind us (she said she couldn’t help us because she was on her break) I clearly can see the manager and we made eye contact acouple of times and he didn’t acknowledge anybody at the front, then my three year old ran to me because he needed to use the bathroom and I kept saying “excuse me” to grab their attention and each time I was getting louder because my son was about to pee himself, and again! I was being ignored, then I remember someone was in the bathroom so I knock on the door until someone open it. I should’ve left but I had my teenage kids with me and they all wanted McDonald’s, when I came out the bathroom someone was now at the register helping, we placed our order, I got my food, cold. And my sister didn’t get hers until 22 mins later! And she only got hers because I literally walked past there register and shouted excuse me and the manger kept saying he’ll be right with us and he was not! I got fed up because my food was cold and I wasn’t gonna eat in front of my sister and her kids. So I walked up and shouted that “22 min has past and we have not got our food”, we got it literally one min later. THEN, my mom called us to bring her food back home, we went through the drive through figure it’ll be easier, we ordered food for her and her coffee, we got the food but not the coffee, they had us pull over to wait, THEY NEVER CAME OUT! 15 min passed we walked in and they said with a smirk “oh I forgot” not a sorry or anything else, my sister was upset and had them replaced the meal because it was cold, they snatched the meal from her with attitude and made a new one. It was so ridiculous!!!! We should’ve left and went to a different one but we had kids in the car and was just tired from driving around. I use to work at a fast food place in Hawaii in kailua, in the tourist spot , so I get it, I really do , sometimes the line would be out the door so that’s why I was patient for so long, but as soon as I got the sense that they didn’t care then that’s when I stopped being polite. Do Better.

Food is fine and it's clean, but the play place is literally never open. I've visited here various days of the week and at various times of day, hoping that my kids would be able to play a bit on a rainy day after having lunch, but it's been closed every single time.

My experience is my own so please understand yours could be better, reccommend reading more than 1 review. I've been to this location 8 times in 3 months. In that time, they had the monopoly event as well. In my time ordering from this particular location I have not made it through the drive through in less that 10 min, whether there is cars or not. The longest wait time was roughly 28 min with 11 or 12 cars I counted in the drive through. 12 mins when I went inside to order as I noticed another long line outside. They have not given the promotions Mcdonalds has had (given 2 out of the 4 times ordered). Friendly and respectful but this site is failing dramatically. I highly recommend you do not go to this location and DRIVE to the McDonald's, 11002 22nd Ave E, Tacoma, WA 98445. As the service is dramatically better.

Ordered through door dash food was cold and the chocolate milk was expired from October 6 and was chunky and smelled funny so I had to toss it
Ok it’s McDonald’s. Had a Big Mac, fries and Diet Coke ( they have some of the best cokes of any fast food restaurant. The fries were hot and fresh.

Went here twice a week apart for a sausage egg muffin. The long wait was awful and then some idiot put two kinds of cheese on them and that would be great if one wasn't super spicy! I couldn't even eat them. I'm guessing some manager needs to be fired! A week apart! I could tell it was two different kinds of cheese because of the color.
