Staff is friendly. Coffee is ok. But y’all need new cups… every single time I leave this place, hot coffee is dripping down my hand or onto my work clothes. It has actually become a joke in my office and a coworker of mine started bringing me a mug to dump it into. Invest in better cups and don’t overfill them.
We go here literally five days a week and it’s always stellar. Staff are so fun and kind and Dustin (the owner) is a great guy who cares very much about his customers and community. My husband drinks coffee and I drink tea and we are always pleased. Iced americanos, hot lattes, London fogs, yummm. Plus they love our dog ❤
Really wanted to like this place. I worked in the coffee industry for over 15 years and so I am very forgiving. Brought my own cup and got served a tepid drink, and the cup was returned with sticky hair on the rim (from the syrup bottle?) and with ingredients stuck to the bottom of the cup. That means your bar isn't clean! My friends drink was also not the correct temperature at all, and I could tell the milk wasn't steamed properly just by the sound. The service was...
