The food and wine are excellent. The owners, John and Cosette, are the most hospital people on earth. I am addicted to the kale salmon Caesar and John's off-menu gf vegetable pizza. Good gf pizza is so hard to find. About two years ago, I found it here, and have been back for it every week since.
What an excellent location!! Huge selection of wines to pick from. The new wines are posted on the wall, and the residence wines are on the tables. The menu on the wall is well organized and easy to read. The food was quite tasty and well worth the price. There really are no bad pairings, but if you want suggestions, they are more than happy to help. The bourbon aged red they have currently tastes like bourbon dressed up as red wine for Halloween, and I am ALL FOR IT! so smooth...
This is a small (seats 20-30?) comfortable restaurant/wine bar is the best! The owners obviously love their work- super attentive, always smiley and happy to serve you. The regular wine and food selections are on a menu, but their specials are on chalkboards on the wall and these are always terrific!
