Over The Moon Cafe was better than all of the amazing online reviews indicate, and the food and service, was beyond AMAZING!! This is one time, where I embraced "where to eat" and won the price for husband of the year award for dinner decisions.

We had a great dinner at Over the Moon Cafe. I got a last minute reservation for Saturday night, and we were welcomed warmly by the host and our server, Sabrina. The atmosphere is very warm, ideal for a romantic evening with your partner or a quiet meal with friends. The restaurant is very quiet, no need to speak over loud chatter or music. It is also very dark, hence the romantic vibes. From the start, our server, Sabrina, answered all our questions and even very kindly lowered the fan on the A/C because it was a little too cold for me. We both tried a cocktail. My Spring Solstice drink was outstanding, delivering on every promise of mango and passion fruit (they use puree rather than syrup for the flavoring). My husband enjoyed his mule as well, but noted it was a little strong on the pour for his personal taste. We also shared a plate of the creamy Brussels sprouts, which were absolutely delicious! The creamy mushroom sauce and grilled shallots lended a flavor like a Thanksgiving green bean casserole, in the best possible sense. For our entrees, I got the braised beef rib ragu. Once again, it was delicious. The beef was exceedingly tender and full of flavor. There was enough left over to bring home for another meal the next day. My husband enjoyed his shrimp linguini as well. For dessert, we shared the turtle pie. I had read rave reviews about this pie and I was not disappointed. The intense chocolate flavor was balanced perfectly by the berry reduction and whipped cream. A perfect end to a fabulous meal.

This place checked all the spots for me and my husband: romantic ambience, great service, and excellent food that met our dietary restrictions without sacrificing quality. The primavera maitake is one of the best pastas I've had— and I usually have meat and am not typically a mushroom fan! But the spice was wonderfully balanced by the basil and tomato flavors, and the maitake was a very satisfying texture with the linguine. The AIP dessert was also amazing, as always. Portions were perfect. We'll keep coming back here for date nights!

The place is small but loved the decor . The food was great , my boyfriend and I had a Cesar side salad and we had the duck . The food was great ! Our server was awesome ! We had the pecan turtle dessert, that was super good . We went there for our anniversary and there was rose and rose petals at our table which made it special, we even got to take the rose home .

Our dinner was amazing, I had the duck and my wife had the halibut both excellent!. The creamy Brussel sprouts were delicious as were the old fashions. Our server was wonderful , friendly and funny. We have eaten there before and have not been disappointed.

I love this place, it was our second visit and we went for our wedding anniversary dinner. Beautiful area of town, gorgeous restaurant, amazing ambiance. They laid out rose petals and a rose on the table, which was a sweet and welcome surprise. Food is amazing, love notes on the table are amazing, waitress was amazing. 10/10 no notes. Will be back again and again.

We had a wonderful dinner at Over the Moon last night. Our server was Jordon and she was excellent..offered good advice, was attentive and even came looking for me when I forgot my credit card! Wedge salad dressing was delicious as was the crab bisque. Entrees of halibut and short rib were also wonderful. Small venue but impressive.
