Well this place is a hit or miss . We went to this location 11/06/2025 and the soup was cold , cold bread and had to ask for butter and it was ice cold and they always try to give you a plastic knife to use with cold butter. It was terrible.

I believe this place makes one batch of coffee in the morning and then just adds hot water when the coffee gets low. It comes out tea color and sure tastes that way.

I mostly go here because I'm a member of their Sip Club (unlimited drinks. Look for their promo deals). But, the staff is always pleasant and helpful, and they have my drinks up quickly when I Rapid Order them online. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Clean bathrooms. Gets busy at lunch time. I suggest ordering ahead online if you're grabbing and going. There's alfresco dining available.

The entire restaurant was dirty. The dishes were stacked up at the trash point. They were out of Autumn squash soup. It was just subpar. The bread was stale which was very surprising for the sandwich I had. They didn't slice my bagel. It was just a hot mess all the way around and I don't understand it.

I really love the sip club. Create an account with Panera Bread and join the sip club (it's free) and you can receive free drinks! Not all their drinks are free. They do have a great selection to choose from. You have the choice of a regular-size or a large-size cup. Fountain drinks, tea, coffee (hot or cold), and lemonade. They have honey, half and half, liquid sugar, and granulated sugar packets. They even have specialty tea bags that are self-serve. I have saved about $100 so far!! I believe you are allowed free drinks every 2 hours. The only problem I have is that it seems like more often than not after ordering my order doesn't get filled or someone takes it.
