I mostly go here because I'm a member of their Sip Club (unlimited drinks. Look for their promo deals). But, the staff is always pleasant and helpful, and they have my drinks up quickly when I Rapid Order them online. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Clean bathrooms. Gets busy at lunch time. I suggest ordering ahead online if you're grabbing and going. There's alfresco dining available.

I really love the sip club. Create an account with Panera Bread and join the sip club (it's free) and you can receive free drinks! Not all their drinks are free. They do have a great selection to choose from. You have the choice of a regular-size or a large-size cup. Fountain drinks, tea, coffee (hot or cold), and lemonade. They have honey, half and half, liquid sugar, and granulated sugar packets. They even have specialty tea bags that are self-serve. I have saved about...

Staff was friendly but understaffed. They did work quickly. Food was good and served to go without forgetting items. Floors were very sticky. The bathroom was gross. It had not been cleaned in some time, if at all that day. There were no towels or soap in either bathroom.
