Bowling was fun, but the restaurant staff was rude. They used to have water dispensers placed in several locations for league bowlers, but they removed them several months ago stating management requirement. A few weeks later they were brought back only to have them removed again. Yesterday I was told there was one in the restaurant, but there were no cups. BAD customer service, especially when you ask wait staff for something and they don't follow through.
The staff was very kind. We were a party of two and Mike at the front desk demonstrated fantastic customer service skills while being slap busy! Only giving 4 stars as the bar/restaurant had a 9 person line at one point. Maybe an additional bartender could be hired- or perhaps someone called out. It seemed to be pretty clean, too! Nothing to report on restroom cleanliness as I didn't use. I will be a repeat customer! Thank you Paradise Lanes.

We are in town for work and decided to check out this bowling alley. Everyone was so nice. Employees and bowlers next too us. I would love a date night out and kick it at this bowling alley. We wish this place was closer to home.
