The staff here go above and beyond and really take care of there league bowlers by offer such good perks on discounts on food and drinks as well as offering 2 free games for there league bowlers, my wife and I left our previous bowling alley for a change and it has been nothing but good things sense we joined the summer league here we look forward to the fall and winter league draft at our new home bowling alley

Customer service is trash, and they didn't even let customers use the promos that they advertised online.

We used to come every weekend with the family; but this place has become unwelcoming and so overpriced.

-10/10 do not recommend.

The customer service at this place is fantastic! From the front desk to the pro shop, everyone is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The bartenders are also great, and they make sure that everyone has a great time. The teamwork is top-notch, and the atmosphere is always lively and welcoming. The only thing I wish they had more control over was the music. So if cooperate sees this please either let they workers have more control over the selection or invest in a juke box’s we can pay to play what we wanna hear. Pg-13 of course

Since we got there the front desk Irene was very unprofessional. whenever the bowling lane kept getting stuck, we would go tell her she would be super rude, had a face & attitude. At the end we were confused about paying had some questions & she was just going back and forth with us, not explaining anything. however when she called her manager she was wayyy more professional. Bathrooms were clean. Lanes were clean. Everyone else was Nice. Had a good time.

Service was wonder full called ahead my reservation couple hours ahead Nicki th operations supervisor was so welcoming and didn't mind when there was a alteration to the reservation

Fun bowling alley, nice employees. Only 4 stars because 4 of the arcade games were broken, but took our money anyway.

This place is so much fun if you have little ones that are full of energy (as most are) it is the perfect place to go let them run, jump and flip all that energy out! Fun for all ages (even adults if you can keep up) lol.

The prices are decent for the area and the times, it's very clean and doesn't have the weird bowling alley smell that some places have, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Our time was extremely fun, easy check in and check out. Great customer service. Our service guy, Jimmy, was fabulous and we took a photo with him. So fun, thank you.

Very nice place to bowl. The lanes were clean and the atmosphere was enjoyable the whole time we were there. The staff were all super friendly and made sure we were taken care of even when it got busy. I liked that there were other things to do aside from bowling, which made it more fun to stay longer. Overall a great experience and definitely a place I would recommend and come back to again.
