This is my favorite bar in Tacoma. I frequent Peterson Bros. 1111 when I want good sandwiches and brew. The cocktails they make are excellent. I like the nachos with the buffalo soy curls or a seitan sandwich melt.
I've been going here for years, I have no notes, everyday I lament the loss of my stomach for spicy food barring me from having the beloved (AND VEGAN!) buffalo melt, the vibes are amazing, the staff moreso, if you need a regular bar in Tacoma maybe consider making 1111 your new place to be
I’ve been here a handful of times, I have one of their sweaters and they’re well-known in the community. I was introduced to this place by my ex and her people. Shortly after moving to Tacoma I brought my roommates here, and had an okay but weirder experience. That was about a year ago, and I haven’t been back, but I did like their food. I might try it again at some point.
