Pizza Hut in Tacoma

“My husband and I just moved here from Texas and this was the closest restaurant to us. I’m going to be perfectly honest, I never ate at Pizza Hut in Texas because it was awful. We opened up our pizza from this location and it’s beautiful??? There’s barely any grease on the bottom of the pizza (a big issue with Texas pizza places. Completely drenched in grease 99.99% of the time). The pizza is arguably one of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely shocked by the vast difference in quality compared to Texas pizza huts. 10/10 going to eat here all the time.“

“It's a carryout restaurant. Order and either pick up or have it delivered. Only thing is there slow sometimes and get backed up with orders. But they are really nice and just ask for some understanding when this happens as they get swamped with orders. If an accident happens with your food they will replace it. I've had a very decent experience with them.“

“I Like going to this pizza hut in particular. The food is always nice and hot... and heck my dog ? even loved the leftover pizza that we all couldn't finish.... he licked the box clean..... and wanted more lol. This is a great place to order from they genuinely care about the customer and making sure your happy with your purchase.?=❤️“

“For over 10 years this place always has my pizza ready fast and the staff are always friendly. Whoever owns this place picks good managers that ensure staff are content if not happy and that supply is consistent. Other than that, this is a typical pick up or deliver Pizza Hut so you know what you are getting.“

“I want to share how my pizza arrived. it was disgusting, falling apart, cold and just gross. I've been on hold for 45 minutes now because apparently you can no longer call a store direct. You go through a freaking call center. So how does a customer call for a mistake? how do you get your pizza replaced? if you are on hold with a darn call center. what in the world. terrible service. just freaking terrible.“
