Ive been ordering from here for a long time. It used to be good, and i never had any issues. Up until they started using door dash delivery. Everytime I order a drink with my pizza, I never get the drink. Today I called to tell them I didnt get my soda yet again, and they hung up on me. Won't be ordering from here again.

The app had a ultimate hut deal. The description on the app said pick ANY 2 pizzas. So I went to place the order in the app. The app kept crashing when I tried to select my pizza choice. So I called and placed the order. I tell him make both the pizzas meat lovers. Went on to choose the wings and bread sticks. I confirmed it was the $29 deal. He said yes.
I get there and the counter guy gives me a total of over $50. I start to question him on the discrepancy. He says it's because the of the toppings in the pizza. So I opened the app and showed him it says specifically ANY pizza. He goes to talk to his manager and comes back and says it's two 1 topping pizzas. Well then why does it say pick ANY pizza. I had my kids with me and didn't go ballistic as well as he's just the counter guy.
I downgraded and got a cheaper deal as the kids were hungry and it was getting late. Any other time I would have left and not gave them a dime. Service should get a zero star.
Watch your end price is all I can say ppl.
No one can out pizza the hut for a slogan. Yes...you mean outscam you.

Food was ordered at 230pm for a 530pm delivery. Food was delivered at 3pm. I called to ask about the error and was told that they would reschedule a new order and send at 530pm. I received confirmation that the driver was waiting for the food at 5:06pm. Never heard from the driver again and food was never delievered. Ate the old, cold 3pm pizza when I got home from work.

First of all, I walked in and all I could smell was stale smoke like they’ve been smoking inside for awhile. It was so bad, you couldn’t even smell pizza cooking at all. Food was good though

The chicken Alfredo is no where like it used to be is bland and watery and tastes like cardboard and for the girl that helped me you can't understand a damn word she said to me and on top of it all my posta was cold bottom line the food sucks and I give no stars if I could never agin will I eat here again I used to love pizza hut but not know

So depressing that this one is my local pizza hut. Iv ordered here many times, there is 0% chance you get ANYTHING correct on your order. Open all items there in store and DEMAND the correct items. Also customer service is very old, barley works, nightmare to get money back. Shame you workers inside.
I ordered from this pizza hut about a week ago and it started out fine. I was looking forward to getting my food. The delivery driver seemed to want to play some game with me and they kept moving their vehicle, telling me to go find them, and when my phone died after about 40 minutes of just trying to get my food, I headed back to my dorm. I called pizza hut literally immediately after and told them what happened, asking for my money back. They instructed me to call them back during the week to get my money back. Keep in mind I never got my food. I also called door dash so they could tell the pizza hut to give me my money back for the food I NEVER got, and they once again said to just call back. So I called back in the week! Then they said they'd call me back, so I waited for their call back. I never got it. I still am yet to get my money back and I am a broke ass college student who can't afford to just drop like 30 dollars for a meal without getting the food, and getting some weird delivery driver that doesn't want to give me my food. If I wanted to donate to pizza hut I'd do so. Please give me my money back and I'll remove this review. Otherwise, please just keep this in mind before ordering from here that you might get a creepy delivery driver who doesn't accept your calls, and then you won't get your meal refunded. :)

Can't recommend this location at all. Ordered basil pesto Margherita pizza and they forgot the basil pesto, mushroom pizza with extra mushrooms... certainly not how I would define extra mushrooms. Only reason I didn't go back is because it's a ten minute drive and they weren't that great to interact with in the first place.

I'll never order from this store as I almost got hit by one of their delivery drivers. He/she was going at least 45 to 50 in a 35 mph zone and passed me like I was standing still.

No one informs you they don’t do curbside after dark, which is like 5pm these days and sat in my car for 10 mins without anyone acknowledging I was there. The girl with the piercings grabbed my food and was rude and more concerned with her phone than anything else.
