I had ordered a burger to go once before and had such a pleasant experience and made sure to tip generously. I tried to do the same tonight and the host sneered at me and said they can’t possibly accommodate that during the weekend dinner rush. I don’t see that listed on the website anywhere. He didn’t say anything else so I sat myself at the bar. Everything else was fine as far as food and service. Guests should be aware that there is a 20% service charge on top of tax and tip.

We had the chicken, peppers, burger, and polenta. Everything was well seasoned and tasty. Cute atmosphere and friendly staff

We love food and don’t get out often, so we need each opportunity to absolutely nail it. Corbeau always does.
The half chicken is a classic for a reason, but it’s easy to get wrong. Corbeau makes it perfectly every time. The salads are fresh and vibrant, and the drinks are creative and delicious. Don’t miss the one with amaro whip cream! And if you don’t get the fries, I hope it’s only because you’re allergic to potatoes.
Corbeau is one of those destination restaurants that still makes you feel like part of the fam. We’ve come here for a fancy date (NYE) a casual happy hour, and early dinners with our kids. Each and every time, the service is attentive, the recommendations spot on, and the vibe is clean, kind, and community-forward. Tacoma is so, so lucky to have this!

Started with the small white worm wiggling around in the water carafe and went downhill from there. Liquor and spirit prices and bottle wine prices are very HIGH. NO coffee. No, they aren't out of coffee, they dont serve coffee. Very limited menu. They automatically add 20% service charge, but you won't find that out until they bring the bill. I could go on but never coming back. We have traveled all over France and can say we never had a meal like this in France.

The burger and frites is excellent. Had it three times now and always enjoyed. Great on HH. Had the shrub and soda this time (yum) but they also have fun and yummy cocktails.

Very noisy and hard to have a conversation. Not a very intimate setting.

We made reservations, it was a bit busy but we had a great date night at Corbeau. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. I was happy with my food, everything was flavorful and well-prepared. Service was friendly and attentive without being rushed. Definitely a place we’d come back to for another night out.

We visit Tacoma annually from Hawaii to visit family and one of our fav pastimes is to check out local eateries. Corbeau’s menu on paper is intriguing but the actual meal was a tad disappointing. Service was friendly but our dishes arrived lukewarm. The braised pork cheek was heavily seasoned & somewhat messily presented. Fish was decent. Nothing “French like” for us. And do be aware of auto 20% gratuity charge at end. We expected more for the $130+ bill of 2 entrees, 1 appetizer and half bread with salted butter (yes, bread is charged). Sadly, no “ahui hou” or till we meet again here.

We walked in on a weeknight and went right to the bar. I hadn't been here since it was Pomodoro's.. drinks were great! To be honest we didn't have any food but definitely had a French Flair to the descriptions. But looking at others who were eating.. it looked very flavorful and they were enjoying it!😎

The server was amazing. Menu is very small. The toast morsel was amazing. And so was the strawberry dessert. The drink my server suggwat was great. But the steak with the steak frite was majorly underwhelming. It tasted as if the reduction it was served on was burnt
And had no flavor. This caused the steak to taste like burnt red wine and small flecks of salt.on top being the saving grace. The arugula salad ir came with was not very tasty I believe they used their marscapone as a dressing and it the consistency was weird. The fries again tasted slightly burnt im assuming that was due to cooking with the steak fat per the menu. Overall would definitely go back for the toast and dessert.

Been here twice and both times the service has been really bad. Forgetting drinks. Waitress disappearing (not on a busy night). Appetizers coming out at the same time as mains. Not getting the right silverware. For how much we paid for our meal, it is extremely disappointing to have an experience like that (both times). They are even charging an extra $2 for aioli on top of the $50+ steak frites entree. The place is beautiful, but really needs to tighten up their service and customer care for me to want to come back.

We had an amazing time here for dinner. The oysters were absolutely delicious, the Onion relish that was on top of them was fantastic. We really enjoyed the halibut and the steak fruits, but the chocolate tart at the end end of the meal was perfection. Highly recommend this place!
