Corbeau rules and I hesitate to trust anyone who says otherwise. The atmosphere is laid back, like you’re eating a meal at your really cool friends house. Everything we ate was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I’ll be here more than my wallet will like. :)
We went here for Father's Day and had a wonderful meal. As my son said, every dish was tasty and on point. Tasty and creative cocktails. The pickle app was fun and the Korean Ceasar salad was crazy good. Our meals, the Steak Frites and the Duck were great. We will definitely go back. The staff and everyone we interacted with were friendly and gracious. This is a greal example of a local place doing it right from start to finish. Tacoma should proud.
Outstanding. Tremendous. Glorious. Everything at Corbeau is executed with thoughtfulness and finesse. The dishes are not only delicious, but the concepts are delightful. Chimichurri with steak frits and foie gras just works. Special shout out to Mason and Chloe for taking such good care of us. There is much to discover in Tacoma, and Corbeau is a perfect example of creativity and passion coming to life in a beautiful space. Bravo.
