We went here for Father's Day and had a wonderful meal. As my son said, every dish was tasty and on point. Tasty and creative cocktails. The pickle app was fun and the Korean Ceasar salad was crazy good. Our meals, the Steak Frites and the Duck were great. We will definitely go back. The staff and everyone we interacted with were friendly and gracious. This is a greal example of a local place doing it right from start to finish. Tacoma should proud.
Outstanding. Tremendous. Glorious. Everything at Corbeau is executed with thoughtfulness and finesse. The dishes are not only delicious, but the concepts are delightful. Chimichurri with steak frits and foie gras just works. Special shout out to Mason and Chloe for taking such good care of us. There is much to discover in Tacoma, and Corbeau is a perfect example of creativity and passion coming to life in a beautiful space. Bravo.
The server was amazing. Menu is very small. The toast morsel was amazing. And so was the strawberry dessert. The drink my server suggested was great. But the steak with the steak frite was majorly underwhelming. It tasted as if the reduction it was served with was burnt And had no flavor. This caused the steak to taste like burnt red wine with the saving grace of a rare small flecks of salt . The arugula salad it came with was not very tasty I believe they used their marscapone...
