I'd worked a little overtime at the hospital, and didn't want to cook. Hubby wanted Gyros and I wanted Mexican. Adela's had birria tacos on the menu, so I was down with that! Also got two pork tamales, and a Mango margarita. Thought I'd have leftovers. NOT! I ate both dishes, minus the garnishes and a bite or two for my hubby. The birria tacos were fantastic! The consomme really put that dish over the top. Thank you Adela's for a lovely dinner...

If you're tired of Mexican food by Cisco, this is the place you're looking for. The shredded beef on the nachos were amazingly flavorful. The house sauce had a nice little bite to it. The guacamole was out of this world. I'm pretty sure none of this came frozen in a bag. All of it tasted scratch made. Plus they have a bar!

I absolutely love ❤️ this place!!! The owner is very nice. She really knows how to cook!. This place is a true hidden gem inside of The Freight House Square in Tacoma. Place check this place out!!!
