Lady in front was so rude. I get there 20 mins before get close and told me they aren’t taking orders cause they have a life too and they need to clean. Then rolled her eyes at me and ask me why I’m still standing there.
First off I’m 8 months pregnant and if I needed to stand there for a bit was only because I was rushing to get the food!
Really upset me and honestly she needs to be fired and others need to be retrained!

By pass. Haters never even tried to help an Uber eats order. He failed to even talk and said too bad. As the network glitched and no WiFi worked. Not even asking my name and thought he was kind when i have Uber privileges that are investing. Wrong racism? Feels like it. All other Caucasians were served kindly. Eric. Not kool.

Good on portion. Always hits. If you ever go to the tukwila mall location it's alot smaller lol.

Ordered beef teriyaki , the meat portion was so little, but if you wanted extra meat you had to pay, I think this is a sales strategy, basically a cheap shot to force customers to pay extra. Too sad for the management . Sarku no more!!!

Workers are rude slow and are barely paying attention to what they are doing. Stir fry place next to it is 100x better

I went to the mall with some friends a few weeks ago. The smell of the food was amazing. I regret not eating there.
The atmosphere rating was because it's at the Tacoma Mall.

I used to absolutely love this place! Their food is very consistent and affordable. But I recently I went and they changed the noodles they use for their yakisoba and it is no good. It was a bummer and I don't think I'll be coming back if they aren't getting the regular noodles again.

Food was stale to be honest. Also 1 bone piece was in the food. Which tells it was not properly cooked.

No Complaints about the food, but before I ordered, I asked if they have Ranch, because that's the only way I eat Chicken Teriyaki. Hey said yes, I asked again to be sure. Then when I got my order, the same guy said no we don't have any. I feel like this was a rip off. Oh well. Won't be back.

For fast, great tasting for this is the place. The only thing that my take time is ordering is that you can do that ahead of time online or on the app.

It's delicious, abundant, and affordable. I come here way too often. The staff knows my order. I drive damn near an hour to get their food. It's easily two meals if you want to split it up, but I down the whole thing. The mall location in Tacoma makes it easy to pick up and go. They are quick as well. You can watch them cook and clean so you know its hygienic. They have plenty of options to choose from as well. If you want delicious, affordable, and plentiful Japanese food, this is the place to get it. Oh you can get deals through the app, I order enough that I'm always getting 5 bucks off every purchase.
