I have been a customer for 5+ years ...and I have never really had any complaints until last night.My Doordash Driver had an emergency and had to cancel my order. Doordash contacted me to let me know they canceled the order and we refunding my money and that I needed to reorder through Sbarros - No issues with the Driver or Doordash at all (and I received my refund in full)When I called to replace my order, I was yelled at by the gentleman who claimed to be the manager. He yelled at me and accused me of stealing from his business and that I would never receive another pizza from them ever again...being called a liar and their multiple times as well as being a bad person because he knows the Driver that picked up from them and knows that they dropped it off at my home and that I am lying. Then hung up on me when I asked if I had proof via text and email would he please take my order.I talked to my Driver (who ended up having a flat tire while driving...hence canceling my order) they were appalled on my behalf and went and called Sbarros as well to explain what happened and to hopefully sort the problem. They received the same treatment I got...Both the Driver and myself have filed an incident report...and sadly this business has lost my support after the treatment I received.I love their food so much but their customer service skills were appaling.

I ordered a meal with a drink. When I sat down and took a drink of my Pepsi I felt a texture that very quickly upset me. I had partially swallowed the mouthful already but spit the rest into a napkin to investigate. My partner was with me and we both instantly recognized the mushy black bits to be black mold. I told the staff and they shrugged it off as "sugar build-up" on the machine.I have a long history in the food service industry and am unfortunately very well acquainted with black mold and I'm very upset that this happened and that the staff didn't care.I love Sbarro and especially my experiences with this exact location (I've worked in the mall and this has always been my lunch spot) but this is unacceptable and a severe hazard.I'm glad I had this experience and not somebody with a weak immune system or preexisting illness. I'll be making an update if I develope any ill symptoms.

We come here a lot for New York Style Pizza. You get waaaay better deals on whole pizza(a) when you order through the app. They also have good specials on the app. They prepare everything fresh and the staff is always accommodating. Thank you :)

Do not come here!! there was a foot long hair in my Stromboli. When i approached the cashier, he tried to act like he couldn’t see it. Until the food handler pulled the hair out herself. READ THE REVIEWS!

I asked for a slice of plain and pointed like I always do. And always get the slice I point at .Not today . A snowflake decided I was way to white to have what I was paying for.I love your pizza but keep it for the flakesI will never buy from you again

I wouldn't recommend this place. We ordered it for expedited delivery through doordash and the pizza arrived completely cold. Completely! It tasted like a cold, cheap Red Baron pizza. Buyer beware.
