Oh my gosh. The General Tso chicken was really fresh and delicious. I had two stars spiciness and it was just right. My wife who doesn't do spicy said the chicken was good. She had chicken pho and let me tell you that broth was the best we've ever had. Even the chicken had this char grilled flavor that takes it to the next level.
Tucked away inconspicuously off Pearl Street next to a Subway, Souper Pho is the kind of place you could easily miss—but absolutely shouldn’t. What it lacks in visibility, it more than makes up for in quality. In fact, the food here is at least as good as anything you’d find in a Chinatown, which is saying a lot.

Clean, quiet, fresh, quick. I usually get level 3 or 4 spicy, but lately seems too much. New to thus place, I ordered Singapore noodles at level 2. Nice medium level. No nose drip, no cough. Fresh vegetables and shrimp. Just enough, maybe a little more than enough portion size. I will likely return if working in the area again.
