I always time my visit in the AM. Brea always makes me the perfect cup. All the AM staff make me feel as if I was their only customer.
Now to convince corporate to franchise down in Florida where Big Foot Java is needed!!!!!

Most of the time I do a drink order online, and ask for whipped cream for my drink, the order arrives with no whipped cream. There is also no option when ordering online to request sugar free Redbull. This completes my drink so I am very unsatisfied when there is no whip....ugh!! There is one person who works there who has called me to ask if I want sugar free rebull since everything I check on the order is sugar free, and I remind her to add the whip and she always makes sure...

Open 24 and 7. Good drinks. Great service. Staff which aren't fake. I don't really care about the themed drink names, and they NEVER push me to use their terminology. (I know to much jargon as-is. I don't need more when ordering beverages.) Oh, and no bikinis. I see it as a good thing.
