Glad to see they don’t hold you hostage anymore to use the restroom, however when I was finished using the restroom, I was hoping to get an iced green tea on my way out being in somewhat of a hurry I felt like I had enough time. Unfortunately, the manager was training the only person that was available to run the cash register and they had their backs turned to the line for about five minutes, and I just couldn’t wait anymore as I had to leave. What was also a little bit frustrating is that they had four other employees working the drive-through line however, some were just standing around doing busy work not making coffee not paying attention to the line that was starting to grow. I think the manager needs to do a better job having her employees pay attention to Customers when they pull their credit card out and are waving at them to try to get their attention to take an order, especially when they are not busy whatsoever. There was nobody in there, except for the people in the line, and the people in the line were not being serviced. I was not the only one who leftdoesn’t surprise me why this location is dead. Only reason I’m not doing one star is they didn’t hold me hostage to buy something in order for me to use the restroom. However, if you’re in a hurry, I would recommend not going to this location.

I love the whole Team here at this Starbucks. They always make me feel like I matter, from the minute I walk in to the minute I leave. They always add special touches, and I always get more than 2 people (usually every person working) saying my name when I walk in and when I leave. I feel like they are genuine and happy to see me!

What a HORRIBLE, EMBARASSING EXPERIENCE!
So first of all...I am a DAILY Starbucks customer and spend $10-$15/day every single day. Today, I stopped at this location to get some work done in between appointments. I walked in carrying my work notebook and my iPad and when I walked in I had to use the restroom really really badly so I went straight to the restroom. The door had a lock on it and you needed the code to be able to access the restroom so I kindly asked the cashier for that code. She informed me that I would have to order first because the restrooms are for customers only. Mind you I was dressed in slacks and a polo very professionally and at the time there were approximately 6 to 8 other people waiting in line to order already. When I say I had to go to the restroom I mean I had to urgently go to the restroom too. However this cashier whose name I would later find out to be Cassie refused to provide me with the code to the bathroom until I stood in line behind the 6-8 people and place an order. Because I needed to go to the restroom so urgently I jumped on and ordered something via my mobile app just so she would give me the code. I barely made it to the restroom in time because of this. Not only was this extremely unprofessional but it was also extremely embarrassing for this to happen in front of all of these other customers waiting in line and what have you. You should be so ashamed for your actions today Cassie and you can rest assured I will never ever return to your location. Quite frankly I'm considering never returning to Starbucks all together after this embarrassing and traumatic event.

I’ve been to this location various times and unfortunately, my cups are never full. I’ve ordered light ice, regular ice, with and without cold foams and I’ve been given half a cup or less each time. I’m sure they have a standard, but this is the only location where I’ve had this luck each and every time. Staff is nice, but it’s frustrating paying for a bigger size coffee to only get what seems like a grande.

I usually go to this location for my drinks, especially bc I work very nearby. They left chunks of matcha (didn’t fully mix) and it doesn’t take pleasant to drink.

Best Starbucks I have been to. Beautiful store and manager that is very friendly and polite. Lovely location and always has parking available.
