I rarely get Starbucks at Safeway but it was a beautiful day and I was feeling inspired. And the women who helped me were wonderful. The younger one was Elena and I can't remember her partner's name. We talked about my reusable coffee cup and pottery and I left feeling happy and taken care of. It was a lovely interaction.
This Starbucks has significantly improved after its renovation. I placed my order and everything was available and ready to go without a long wait. Before the reopening, it was hard to get the sausage, bacon, and egg breakfast wrap. But to my surprise, they had it today. The staff was warm, friendly, and confirmed my order. Normally helpful, quick and worth the trip. Recently anytime I want to buy a cold brew no cold brew sub water. They won't even charge me saying shortege of cups. Bit if I instead wanted to dehydrate with the cold brew I would have been able to order it?! Gonna use a different coffee shop now. Thanks for your time Starbucks corporation.
