Hit or miss. Long gone are the characteristics that made them great. Truly sad to see what was a wonderful place to sit back and enjoy great coffee to a fast "food" model.
10 stars for Hunter and this entire team on 12/7. I hope he and the staff get recognition (from district and HQ) on this day for going above and beyond to make my day better. In this day and age unfortunately excellent customer service can be very difficult to find. But I do go out of my way to go EXCLUSIVELY to this location because of their staff, speed and INCREDIBLE friendlies that is actually genuine.
