Honor your hours.Arrived at the drive through speaker at 7:58pm to get my mom’s coffee for tomorrow morning and was informed they were closed for the night. Posted hours are 8:00 closing. When I asked, they reassured me this was correct, and that they are closed for the night. Well, that makes a whole lot of sense.I understand getting a head start on closing cleanup, but at least honor your hours commitment. Wasted 30 mins round trip going to 72nd and Hosmer location which is far better by the way. Could have been easily avoidable if 40th could level up their low game.

I love this place I go every day at least once maybe even twice. The service is great I know all the employees and they know me by name everyone is great they are all very friendly and kind my drink is always perfect the service is awesome and always fast I use the app most times to order ahead and my drink is always ready when I walk in I am usually in and out of there in less than a minute which is great if you are in a hurry when I am not I can take my time and chat with the employees if they are not too busy. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks!!

10 stars for Hunter and this entire team on 12/7. I hope he and the staff get recognition (from district and HQ) on this day for going above and beyond to make my day better. In this day and age unfortunately excellent customer service can be very difficult to find. But I do go out of my way to go EXCLUSIVELY to this location because of their staff, speed and INCREDIBLE friendlies that is actually genuine. Pi hope management congratulates him for his kindness.Parking: Drive thru and parking. Peak hours gets busy in the morning but they are quick in drive thru so line moves quickly.Kid-friendliness: I would take my extremely young children here. Everyone doesn't seem to mind for the numerous times I'm there.

I have just moved to the area and have come to this store as it is closest to my new home but more than half the time my drinks have not been made right. I asked for a venti peppermint hot chocolate with 3 extra pumps of both peppermint and chocolate but it tastes like they only used 3 pumps of chocolate for the drink and no peppermint. I work 10 hour days so it is not like I can just turn around after I get to work to have them remake it and no one answers the phone when you try to call. I would not waste time at this store if they can't make drinks correctly. I will drive out of my way from now on to a store that I know will handle my drink right.
Real sad that I was turned away when I arrived 2 min before closing. I’ve worked retail and food and it can suck to not get to close down for an extra 5 min but I was inside. Really poor example of customer service.

I really don’t like the woman at cashiers. She is rude and yelling customers loudly across the shop. She then gives you attitude for no reasons. I really hope she can learn how to customer service or else just retire. Yes she seems a senior citizen.
