I didn't catch the name of the lady working the drive thru but she was very rude and disrespectful. She dismissed my friend when she asked if her drink could be re-made the right way. As for me i asked for oatmilk as i am allergic to dairy and almond milk gives me migraines, my drink contained almond milk. Over all the service wasnt well at all.
I usually like going to Starbucks. But for some reason, they closed the lobby today, after I had arrived. No explanation was given. Yet they kept the drive through open. Unsure what’s going on here.
I wish I could give 10 ⭐️ for the service! They get tons of customers every day but they remember my and my hubby’s name! Ashley the manager is such a sweetheart and Spring is always such a ray of sunshine! They always make my very picky hubby’s drink perfect!
