I used to be a Starbucks partner and really loved it. I loved making connections and appreciate going through the drive thru or going into a cafe and receiving it as a customer. I just want to shoutout the shift supervisor today, 2/20/2025 at 7:47am. Her energy just carries throughout the store. She seems to be so hard working and dedicated to what she does. She greeted me with a warm welcome, offered my drink and croissant in for here dishes, and even delivered my items to my table. I was able to stay focused on my school work and enjoy my breakfast this morning. Honestly her energy made me consider working part time here because I was that impressed by her. I am sorry I didn't catch the name of her but she definitely seemed like a supervisor atleast. I hope this gives her some much deserved recognition. Thanks for giving me a great morning :)

I asked for an ice coffee made like a salted caramel cold brew, I was using my free points, the girl at the drive through said vanilla sweet cream cold brew, we said no and corrected her. I was still handed a I’ve coffee make like an a vanilla sweet cream. I corrected her twice.
