Their system is horrible for tracking points. 9 times out of ten they couldnt find my number in the system or even tel me how many points i have. But it aeems to be an issue at other locations as well.

I’m a bigfoot person but I Came in the other day to gravity and Olivia took my order . It was my first time and she gave me options and the best sellers, she was extremely patient bc I didn’t know what to get , the drink was amazing !! I don’t remember it but it was blue def coming back and thank Olivia for helping me out and being patient great customer service ! I LOVEDDDDDD
