Horrible customer service from Ari.My order was done and on the counter waiting to be bagged. A lady asked Ari to bag the order as it is all done, and the customer is waiting. ARI said, "Just let them wait. I am busy." I waited 6 more mins. There's nothing still. So I asked Ari if she could bag my order, and she said I am stocking for future customers, so I will be a minute. It's ready. Wait, it's already over 10 mins. Thank goodness Andrew took active and bagged it for me and apologized. Why make my food and drink if you'll ain't gonna bag it and just let it sit. Make it make sense, Ari ?♀️

This is literally the worst Starbucks if you are having bad day, and thought you would get a pick me up from THIS Starbucks specifically your day will only get worse EVERY. TIME. I can count 7 times I remember (the last 7 times) it was horrible. Some not all but most of their staff is so incredibly rude (if you hate your job quit.) they ALWAYS make your drink wrong and then have an attitude.And I’m not exaggerating I took my drink to my table realized it was wrong and the girl served it as samples and made me a new one, like ma’am that drink left your sight and you gave it to customers ?!?! Gross . Anyways the Starbucks on Pearl is great and they rarely mess up your drink and have the SWEETEST staff. Just drive the 4 minutes

The experience I had at this Starbucks yesterday was shameful! The girl that made my drink didn't put a lid on it while others were around my uncovered drink. When I asked about it she stated "it's a food Hazzard for them to cover my drink" While she didn't realize I was in line ordering my food when she recognized the lady BEHIND me and already made her drink AND COVERED IT. I also pointed out there was a pickup other sitting there COVERED. Nobody in there apologied. Tried to fix the issue or anything. Only when she seemed annoyed she stated I can make it over, It was extremely disrespectful!!! It was very clear the difference between me and the other customers. I will never go to this one again!!

I bought two drip coffees today through the online app. I do that once or twice a week. I have mentioned before to the baristas that the coffees shouldn't be over filled (filled to the brim) because the brim of the cup gets soft and caps come off when you pick up the coffee. Then the coffee spills. Today it happened again (coffee cup filled to the brim) The cap came off when I picked up the coffee in my car and half a cup of coffee spilled in my car and on me. Plus, one of the coffees was supposed to have extra half and half, but it was just black. See pictures below. I called the starbucks and the person who answered said I would need to come in to get a refund instead of on the app. Needless to say, not going to drive across town to fix this. Sorry, but have to give one star, which I have never done before. Just disappointing.

I asked for tall flat white with heavy cream. She asked me are you sure? I am on keto, "yes." It was more expensive than other parts of tacoma for a few more cents I can get the grande so I switched. I got me a tall. She didn't make it right. I will not be going back here.

Wonderful location and interior. After several years i quit going to this location due to very slow service. Lots of locals with kids that take a long time ordering (upwards of 5-8minutes per transaction). Prices at all starbucks are pretty high (a medium blended coffee drink is pushing close to $6 .... not thanks 7-Eleven and Mcdonalds are 1/3 of that price and the taste is similar). Starbucks as a lot of work to do.
