We went through the drive thru yesterday (5/18)in the evening, my son really wanted an Italian soda, and when we asked, they couldn’t make it due to lack of certain ingredients, which is understandable! But, the customer service from the girl who took our order was amazing! She went above and beyond, and made my son his own little drink out of an act of just kindness. Totally recommend this location if you need your daily dose of coffee! Thank you so much Starbucks team!!

I've been going here for over a year daily, usually exceptionally good service. Today I was a dollar short on my order, I intended to run home for it. The worker ( an older brunette with a bad attitude) started saying how I do this all the time and talking crap, when one of the usual workers who serve me offered the dollar. I'm honestly not sure why , since I've never been through that there before. I could not believe the rudeness and disrespect. She made a bad day definitely worse and ruined my experience. I'm a daily customer. This experience makes me not want to return to the store again. They need to train that worker to have respect and better customer service in the future!!

My drink was so much lighter than usual and it just tasted like blended ice. Never got greeted at the window. Keep in mind there was no one in line so they had no one rushing them or keeping them busy idk it was just rude. I can’t stand this location

I was excited to drive through just to get a fresh Cup of Ice Coffee to get my day started at my job starting off early at 6am, Instead of me greeting a batista? She didn't even acknowledge my greet nor did she make eye contact when I was asking for napkins & a straw! I even ask politely & she said you didn't ask for it, & your being demanding? Like! Okay! That was shocking to hear especially for a Starbucks batista? She was arguing with me non stop after I apologize 3 times, which I shouldn't be. The lady with the face mask & Glasses was very Rude & condescending towards me. So I won't be coming back if they treat their customer like this every morning over a Napkin & Straw. & she even cuss in a low voice in Her native language which I understood every bit of it, cause I'm half asian myself! Starbucks, You should really train your people right & for a company that gets millions? You should really consider hiring people with the Ability to greet & people skills. This Barista has none of those skills.
Always the fastest starbucks I've ever been to. I'll put my order in ahead of time, and by the time I've gotten there 10 minutes later, it's ready to go. The lines never take long in yhe drive through and the lobby is generally clear of people grouping together.
Will always hold a special place in my heart for the fast working individuals at this specific starbucks.

I went to this Starbucks expecting a nice experience, but I was very disappointed. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was one of the worst I've ever had. It was watery, tasteless, and practically cold. I don't understand how they can serve something so poorly made, especially being such a simple drink. Also, I would not recommend it if you are looking for a quality drink.
