This is my 8th time IN A ROW coming to this Starbucks to pick up my mobile order and having to wait at the least 20 min OR MORE. If you need to come to this Starbucks go thru the drive thru, if you go inside it will take at least 25 min till you get your order.
The coffee at this place is really good, which is a big plus. However, it is a bit on the pricier side, which might be a consideration for some visitors. Despite the higher cost, the overall experience was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding a pleasant touch to the visit. They were attentive and made sure that customers were comfortable and had everything they needed.
On the downside, the area around the building appears somewhat sketchy, which might deter some people from visiting. It’s worth noting that this impression is based solely on the exterior surroundings. Once inside, the atmosphere is quite nice and inviting. The interior is well-designed, providing a cozy and comfortable environment for enjoying a cup of coffee.
In summary, while the coffee is excellent and the staff is nice, the higher price and the sketchy exterior might be factors to consider. I absolutely love this location! Maybe it’s me but, they are always communicating with customers. They know me by name. I actually feel like I have a great relationship with the whole store. I love the teddy bears and the everyday inspirations they write on my cup. I feel as tho I can come in and hang out with them while drinking coffee.
The list goes on, I can pull into the drive thru and they are so adorable, they ask me. Is that you Tomara? Come right on up to the window we have your coffee ready. Smh! I know I go there every day. The staff is great!

This is how I received my drink… that is not acceptable, especially with how expensive drinks are. I should be getting a full drink for the price I pay. Do better Starbucks.

This is truly a friendly neighborhood Starbucks. I come here every Saturday, and the staff knows me so well that they sometimes draw cats on my cup!

Ordered a cappuccino with cinnamon on top. They dumped so much cinnamon I was choking on chunks while I sipped it. I also asked for brown sugar flavor and they added honey blend. You can tell they don’t know how to make a cappuccino because there was no foam . Customer service was trash. Just handed us the drink didn’t look at us or say anything.
The baristas here are always so nice and the service is quick. I’ve never had a problem with my order.

The whole inside of the building smells like feeces today. Thought it was the batista breath at first. But no, the whole building smells like poop.
Service was great. Price for a coffee being over $8 is wild that is why this is a treat not often.

I asked for a Frappuccino with caramel sauce in it for my daughter. The person taking my order asked, with caramel in it? I assumed it was the same from the last time I ordered. When I got up to the window. I asked if this shows caramel on the outside? Andrew proceeds to tell me "that's why I asked you." Then he schools me on the differences on how I should ask for it next time, even though he didn't in the beginning when i ordered it.
I said my daughter likes it with the caramel along the outside. I asked if they already made it? Andrew says yes, and I said oh well nevermind. Then Andrew says he can put it in there, it's easy. So I said oh cool ok. Then I get my receipt and he charged me extra for it!
That was extremely poor customer service! Andrew didn't even mention he was going to charge me again. I just think that's crazy, I could have said to remake it and you would have lost money, but instead, you charge me more!
Sometimes you show up to the window and they give you a free drink that was made wrong from someone else, but you want to charge me extra for some caramel sauce after you didn't even explain it?
