Bad service along with allowing homeless to beg in drive-thru.... very unsettling! Lock your doors & don't fully put your window down.

These two aged baristas in this place, act and think like they own the Starbucks. My first time buying there, my first time being disappointed. 1/22/26 exactly 3PM. I bought $7-$8 worth of drinks and then they gave me less than what i paid for. When you asked for extra top(included) the older lady (talk loud) said they didn't have curly peppermint, it just showing on app but they didn't have it .
maybe you could ask if I wanted a subs???
And explain before u hand it off to customer Like hello, worth $7-8?? 🙄🙄

I love my neighborhood Starbucks. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous to all customers. The service here is very quick and attentive to the patrons. Highly recommend the bacon and gruyere cheese egg bites 🤌🏼🤤

This is my 8th time IN A ROW coming to this Starbucks to pick up my mobile order and having to wait at the least 20 min OR MORE. If you need to come to this Starbucks go thru the drive thru, if you go inside it will take at least 25 min till you get your order.

The coffee at this place is really good, which is a big plus. However, it is a bit on the pricier side, which might be a consideration for some visitors. Despite the higher cost, the overall experience was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding a pleasant touch to the visit. They were attentive and made sure that customers were comfortable and had everything they needed.

On the downside, the area around the building appears somewhat sketchy, which might deter some people from visiting. It’s worth noting that this impression is based solely on the exterior surroundings. Once inside, the atmosphere is quite nice and inviting. The interior is well-designed, providing a cozy and comfortable environment for enjoying a cup of coffee.

In summary, while the coffee is excellent and the staff is nice, the higher price and the sketchy exterior might be factors to consider. However, the pleasant interior and friendly service make it a worthwhile visit for those who prioritize good coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely love this location! Maybe it’s me but, they are always communicating with customers. They know me by name. I actually feel like I have a great relationship with the whole store. I love the teddy bears and the everyday inspirations they write on my cup. I feel as tho I can come in and hang out with them while drinking coffee.
The list goes on, I can pull into the drive thru and they are so adorable, they ask me. Is that you Tomara? Come right on up to the window we have your coffee ready. Smh! I know I go there every day. The staff is great!

This is how I received my drink… that is not acceptable, especially with how expensive drinks are. I should be getting a full drink for the price I pay. Do better Starbucks.

This is truly a friendly neighborhood Starbucks. I come here every Saturday, and the staff knows me so well that they sometimes draw cats on my cup!

Ordered a cappuccino with cinnamon on top. They dumped so much cinnamon I was choking on chunks while I sipped it. I also asked for brown sugar flavor and they added honey blend. You can tell they don’t know how to make a cappuccino because there was no foam . Customer service was trash. Just handed us the drink didn’t look at us or say anything.

The baristas here are always so nice and the service is quick. I’ve never had a problem with my order.
