I always go to this place to get coffee. I don’t mind driving the extra mile.I always got the Iced brown sugar oat milk Shaken Espresso. (Extra ice, light milk, and extra cinnamon).In any business, the employee can be an asset or a liability.Anyway, today I ordered my favorite drink and after I left I tasted it and it did not taste right. They always get it right today not sure what happened.I was a little bit pissed because I had to drive back but I understand it happened.When I went back the employee (Young black female @12:28 drive thru)was polite and understanding. She remade the drink even though I was hoping for just brown sugar to add to the drink.She was very nice with a great attitude and proved to me that she cares and wants to make it right. She even asked to come back if it did not taste good. It made my day.Some people in other places will fix the problem but you can see in their face and their attitude that they are not happy about it it’s only because they had to.As a business owner myself employees like that person who does care she is a great asset to the company. Customer service it’s not easy so it’s hard to find people who have great skills for that position.Thank you for the great customer service. Definitely will be back!

What’s not to love about Starbucks? Got our caffeine fix. Staff were very attentive and friendly. I’m just out here enjoying Seattle with my family.They have so many options to choose from and they make each cup with so much love ! I got the caramel crunch and my cousin/sister got a caramel drizzle macchiato

I found a shredded plastic cap in my blended matcha.. realizing i swallowed shards of plastic thinking it was ice. They gave me a new one and offered me a $4 gift card.. which was less than the drink itself.

Customer service is great. But getting in and out??
Busy location with a way too small drive thru lane. Tiny parking lot where you can easily get trapped by the drive thru line. During peak hours the drive thru line goes thru the entire lot and onto the street.

This is the worst drive thru because it is the smallest parking lot ever with limitations entering and exiting. There are more pedestrians in the area. Just circle the block instead of pulling in where you aren't supposed to.
