Cold food, stale orange chicken, dried out rice. Tasted like it had been sitting all day. That's not safe to consume considering I work in the restaurant industry. We had to throw it away, it was a waste of $20. When I told them the food was old they just smiled.

Stir-Fry 88 at the Tacoma Mall is giving Sarku and Panda Express a run for their money. The Mongolian Chicken is a showstopper for me and the veggies served here have always been top-notch.**Note: I gave Atmosphere a 5/5 star rating, knowing full-well that this is in a noisy food court. So Atmosphere is rating the appearance of their food, their menu, and the professionalism of their staff.

I am just now eating the Mongolian Chicken from the Tacoma Mall Stirfry 88 location and it is very dry and the fried rice that came with, barely has any flavor at all. The chicken is very poor quality but the sauce covers up the poor quality and this combo was $9.99 or very close to $11.00 after tax. I understand prices of the supply chain are going up but how does that explain that the fairly new and formal Japanese Ramen restaurant, Kisuki is very close by and charges only $15.99 for their main courses? If I had not already ordered I would have went there instead. But do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money with the poor quality. I'm going to throw mine away and chalk it up to a lesson learned. On a positive note the two people working up front were kind and courteous.

It's been pretty good so far but the one grip I do have on this is that the orange chicken when they first started serving it it was great the right amount of sauce and chicken ratio but now it seems as though it's lacking on sauce and the it seems like I'm eating more breading than chicken.

My mom ordered the mushroom chicken stir fry and ended up with some odd mystery meat - do not recommend

This little gem serves the best Orange Chicken in the area! The meat is always juicy, the outside crisp, and the sauce is sweet. If you're looking for some all-around delicious Chinese food, this is THE place to go.
