Subway in Tacoma

“This is my neighborhood Subway and usually everything is great. Today my experience was less than optimal. The soda fountain is gone and the feeling was we were keeping the young lady from her phone call. Actually she kept the call open and on speaker while continuing to apologize to her friend for having to wait on customers. While we sat and ate, she kept talking loudly with her friend, still on speaker. What a joke! I had my 3 young grandchildren with me and was not happy.“

“The CLEANEST subway I have seen! I walked in at 1230pm...the meat and veggie cases were perfect! I was amazed and wowed at the display ...even the presentation of the meat was lovely...it is obvious the person who works here...(very nice lady) takes pride in her work. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 on the food...I was not too happy with the bread today...the white bread was a bit stale...“

“One day I really wanted a sandwhich so I sent my husband. He said Subway is the closest to the house so is that okay? I said yeah sure I guess...I was totally taken back and said I do not remember Subway being this good. MILES is HANDS DOWN the best sandwhich artist at this 6th ave location. He takes his time and actually cares and doesn't go so light on the ingredients that you feel like you are only eating bread for lunch. Since that day, every time my husband brings me a sandwhich I can always tell if Miles made it or not lol. So this last time (tonight) we went in and Miles was working..I let him know that he is the best and I have never been let down by his sandwhiches. Might not seem like a big deal to some people, but it is hard to find people who actually care at most restaurants around Tacoma. Thank you Miles for never letting us down! Plus he is kinda and has a great sense of humor! Shania was working with him tonight and she was also fantastic. She heard us giving Miles praise and went above and beyond to make my husbands sandwhich! We will be back again and hopefully either Shania or Miles are working! :)“

“This was the cleanest and friendliest subway I think I've ever been too. I went here with some family for an impromptu birthday lunch and the store was not only very clean but bright and decorated for the holidays. The three employees there were happy to help us and made our sandwiches quickly. They tasted great!

Wheelchair accessibility: Tables were clean and had easily removable chairs for wheelchair access.“

“Came in last minute late close to closing gentleman was already pre-closing
He was in the back.
He didn't hear us come in but he still got our sandwiches made with a little bit of sass still got him all four sandwiches done in less than 10 minutes

“Amazing service and friendly workers. The dining room has a clean layout and the staff there make you feel right at home. I usually don’t like subway but even the food at this location was good and fresh. I would rate the whole experience 6 starts if u could. This Subway should be the standard for all other Subways nationwide. Impeccable customer service. Great job Northshore Subway.“

“I had the utmost pleasure and meeting Mr Yancey yesterday at this subway. I was against even going because the other subway experiences I’ve had lately were horrible but I told myself to try this establishment out and I am glad I did. From the time I walked in there to the time I walked out, it was the best customer experience ever. Mr. Yancey was very nice, engaged us the entire time, and prepared very nice sandwiches. I enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere he created. Very nice young man and knew his way around the sub station very well.“

“Food is good, no complaints. Close to several bases so it's conveniently placed. Tables were clean when I was here as were the floors. Overall, solid 4/5. Soda machine had some drinks that were not working so I didn't put 5/5.

Vegetarian options: They definitely serve to everyone

Dietary restrictions: They have lots of options

Parking: They're doing construction on the adjacent street so it's a small hassle to get here currently. But, I'm sure that will be resolved soon.

Kid-friendliness: They have kid meal options

“I wish I could remember the staffs name it was a girl blonde hair, came to sattle for vacations and stop at this subway, the girl in charge of by order was super nice she was very friendly and polite, if I have another opportunity to stop by here I will, great costumer service ❤️🙏🏽“

“Danielle is absolutely amazing, She was extremely professional with so many orders and people that she was helping and she was completely alone. Which if i'm honest it really upset me. But I was grateful for her and her attitude.She handled it very well.“

“I had a great experience last Thursday at this location. So refreshing compared to my negative experience at another location. As soon as I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The floor, the tables, the seats, the food and condiments. And then the customer service was GREAT!!! Zyana and Avery, both greeted me as soon as I entered. I was even asked how my day had been. The customer service and cleanliness alone will bring me back. Not to mention that the sandwiches tasted the best that I've had from Subway in years.

“The young lady behind the counter gave us the best service we've had in a very long time! I ordered the Philly Cheesteak foot long. She asked if I would like the onions and peppers toasted with the bread - great idea!
She listened when I said my husband and I were going to share the sandwich. He wanted pepperchinies; she asked if I wanted them, too. She was just thoroughly nice!! It is now 4:00 pm on Thursday, April 3. We just left, so you managers should be able to figure out her name. Please reward this lovely lady!! Thank you!!“

“I went in with a super weird request. I wanted a cup of Chipotle sauce. The man at the counter was going to just give it to me for free. I forced him to charge me so I could tip him. He was very kind and friendly! Didn't get any good but I do love me some subway.“

“This place has a high turnover rate because it's my home subway. However the place is clean and employees are friendly.

Parking: There's only about 6 places to park. They share the lot with 3 other businesses. Not to mention there's a 24 hour fitness and that's where most of the cars come from.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair parking right in front.“

“The young woman that was working there was excellent I don't like people talking over my food especially when you're making my sandwiches and she looked very clean which is another important part of ordering food from someone. if you're filthy looking I don't want you touching anything in my food if you don't look like you shower I'm not going to believe you wash your hands. My experience was very satisfactory and this Subway will probably be my go-to for healthier eats that are served on bread.“

“At dinner time on weekday was not busy so attentive service and sub prepared perfectly. Drinks dispenser was very slow working and had no separate working water available. Not all seats available that time of day, with some blocked, although it didn't matter with no one eating-in at that time of day. Check hours of operation in case they are updated for weekends and evenings.“
