One day I really wanted a sandwhich so I sent my husband. He said Subway is the closest to the house so is that okay? I said yeah sure I guess...I was totally taken back and said I do not remember Subway being this good. MILES is HANDS DOWN the best sandwhich artist at this 6th ave location. He takes his time and actually cares and doesn't go so light on the ingredients that you feel like you are only eating bread for lunch. Since that day, every time my husband brings me a sandwhich I can always tell if Miles made it or not lol. So this last time (tonight) we went in and Miles was working..I let him know that he is the best and I have never been let down by his sandwhiches. Might not seem like a big deal to some people, but it is hard to find people who actually care at most restaurants around Tacoma. Thank you Miles for never letting us down! Plus he is kinda and has a great sense of humor! Shania was working with him tonight and she was also fantastic. She heard us giving Miles praise and went above and beyond to make my husbands sandwhich! We will be back again and hopefully either Shania or Miles are working! :)

The store associate, a girl with a tattoo, was extremely helpful and friendly. The only problem was the pickles looked off or expired.

One of our sandwiches was missing multiple veggies that were specified as "more", and we know they had them available as they were present on the other sandwich. We ordered one foot long cookie and one foot long churro, but there were two churros when we got home. This wouldn't be a big deal, if we weren't having an item that is out of stock being replaced with one of lesser value. We had a conversation with the employee running the store that lasted several minutes, so should have been informed of this change if nothing else.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
My partner and I have tried this location twice. We use the app to place our order and pick it up. The first time we came I asked for extra mayonnaise on the sandwich.. when I got home I found my sandwich was drenched in a comical amount of mayo and was unable to eat it.
The second time we tried this location I asked for extra lettuce and barely received any.
I will not return to this location. I feel like I can’t use the mobile ordering option and would have to directly watch the person making my food. It was a disappointing waste of money.

Went two days in a row & ordered 2 different subs both days. Pretty sure the same person made them for us, this is what we got; even after we had selected less condiments please stop serving soggy sandwiches to people who pay good money for them.

I agree with the Irish Supreme Court that made a decision that Subway "bread" does not legally qualify as bread. Seriously google it. I heard that Jimmy John's purchased them recently.

Subway.....prices are up, like everywhere. Quality is WAY down.
I tried calling to place a cater order the attendant asked me to wait 10 because her line is forming so I drove there. I asked for 8 footlongs she claimed that's a cater I said ok well I tried calling 2 other locations and I also called here but you asked for me to hold for 10 minutes now I'm here what then do you suggest I do? She said I can make a few sandwiches then you can go somewhere else and buy more or you can wait till another co-worker comes in she lives across the street? I said ok well what can you do for me now she said "ah Well thats quite a bit again I asked how about 3-footlongs she said Well can you wait till another co-worker comes in I said ok how about for now you give me a 6' meatball marina as a meal I got that. Well I waited 30 minutes for this co-worker to come in and they made my sandwiches when all was said and done I got my order in a brown beaten up box a plastic knife no mayo nor mustard packages. The attendant was sarcastic and rude helping me she whispered and waved her hand sarcasticly.
Was rushing to grab food tonight and decided a sandwich would be the healthiest and quickest. Except I had to order through Uber. Stopped by this subway and the sign on window says open till 10. Google says they are open. Lights are on. And the open sign is on. Except the doors are locked and no one was there??? Thanks for wasting my time and money. Clearly whoever owns this franchise doesn’t care. Will never bother again.
