Went two days in a row & ordered 2 different subs both days. Pretty sure the same person made them for us, this is what we got; even after we had selected less condiments please stop serving soggy sandwiches to people who pay good money for them.

My partner and I have tried this location twice. We use the app to place our order and pick it up. The first time we came I asked for extra mayonnaise on the sandwich.. when I got home I found my sandwich was drenched in a comical amount of mayo and was unable to eat it.The second time we tried this location I asked for extra lettuce and barely received any.I will not return to this location. I feel like I can’t use the mobile ordering option and would have to directly watch the person making my food. It was a disappointing waste of money.

I agree with the Irish Supreme Court that made a decision that Subway "bread" does not legally qualify as bread. Seriously google it. I heard that Jimmy John's purchased them recently.

I wish the female would have made my sandwich because I bought two for damn near 40 bucks The male who could barely speak English sucked My friend who was a manager made better sandwiches than he did Yes I would have to pay a dollar or two more for extra stuff on it but he did not know how to even spread it evenly I have to go home and do it myself if you don't know how to make a sandwich don't work at subway. I can tell she's worked there for a while That's how she knows how to make a real sandwich Will never return because of him

I tried calling to place a cater order the attendant asked me to wait 10 because her line is forming so I drove there. I asked for 8 footlongs she claimed that's a cater I said ok well I tried calling 2 other locations and I also called here but you asked for me to hold for 10 minutes now I'm here what then do you suggest I do? She said I can make a few sandwiches then you can go somewhere else and buy more or you can wait till another co-worker comes in she lives across the street? I said ok well what can you do for me now she said "ah Well thats quite a bit again I asked how about 3-footlongs she said Well can you wait till another co-worker comes in I said ok how about for now you give me a 6' meatball marina as a meal I got that. Well I waited 30 minutes for this co-worker to come in and they made my sandwiches when all was said and done I got my order in a brown beaten up box a plastic knife no mayo nor mustard packages. The attendant was sarcastic and rude helping me she whispered and waved her hand sarcasticly.

Was rushing to grab food tonight and decided a sandwich would be the healthiest and quickest. Except I had to order through Uber. Stopped by this subway and the sign on window says open till 10. Google says they are open. Lights are on. And the open sign is on. Except the doors are locked and no one was there??? Thanks for wasting my time and money. Clearly whoever owns this franchise doesn’t care. Will never bother again.

Additional review for Subway store #13278 at 3001 6th Ave. We have been waiting for a resolution of the BOGO sandwich offer, which the website said this store participated in. Corporate no longer helps customers, there is NO customer service line. The store manager spoke to me in person and said she would follow up via telephone. She did not. No response from customer service automated line. Today I called into the store and a person, identifying himself as the managers son, said they would not honor the BOGO, said he was the one who took the original order, said his mother (the manager) would not call me back, and the store owner (named Ziggy??) would not call me back either. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE.We will continue trying to reach out to the corporate offices to resolve this matter.

I bought the Mexicali or Mexican 12" sub on whole grain. The staff was great, polite and made my sandwich just like I asked. BUT the ingredients in it just didn't taste very well. Actually it tasted like cardboard!!! To think I paid $12+ for this!!! NOT AGIAN I GUARANTEETHAT!!! . What happened to the $6 footlong anyways? Money's 2 tight nowadays 2 just blow $12+ on a lunch or dinner.

I'm sure you've all heard of a soup Sandwich, that's what I got the last time I went there.I go to this place regularly and ninety-nine percent of the time they make a great sandwich but this particular time I asked for yellow mustard and really didn't notice how much she put on till I got out in the car and tried to eat.It was a big goopy mess, meat and vegetables swimming in a sea of mustard.I would suggest they train their new employees to be a little more careful with the sauces.

This subway is the best subway IN TACOMA ! So friendly,clean and everybody has a sense of humor and personality. I come here all the time to get my sandwiches and they do such a wonderful job. If you're looking for something to eat, that's fast and good this is the place to go to!
