Worst Taco Bell in the area. My 5 layer burrito was in stages. First bite sour cream and cheese. Second beef and cheese. Third beans. Fourth cheese. Disgusting and sad. And I mean there was 1 bite of each ingredient in the whole burrito. The thing looked anorexic.I don't know if they're broke and trying to skimp on ingredients or what but this was just pathetic. Each menu item we got had a dollop of sour cream at one end. Which they charged extra for on items that should already come with it. What a joke.And my taco is all lettuce. No meat or cheese. My God.

My order was hot and fresh. The restaurant looked clean and was well stocked. It wasn't very busy at all, but it took 10 minutes or so to get our order. The drive-through did seem to move quickly, though
Everyone is crazy expensive! Got a online meal for 2, it was a great deal!

Got JIPPED. Store 031318, order cc5768 11:52 am Jan 20, 2024. Missing 2 items, went back into store they gave us one and swore they gave us the other. Wrong. Missing a $2.99 item. The pinto beans were a total rip off at $2.79 (not only a lot less but at a lot more). The cheese on the cheesy bean and rice burrito wasn't melted. The chicken flatbread was rolled like a tacquito. Other items were a disappointment.

Got our order right. It was exactly what we expected from a Taco Bell.
Honestly, this is my favorite taco bell in town. Taco bell is Taco Bell but this place delivers on a the customer experience that isn't a given these days. They always ask if I want to make it spicy, or double the meat. They always get my order right. The food is always hot. It's the only food stop still open late on my way home. I actually get sauce and napkins in the bag. I don't know when I started having to ask for napkins at fast food places but it's not a thing here. I know this is a lot to read about Taco Bell, I'm just happy that the Taco Bell nearest my house is also my favorite Taco Bell.

I ate there tonight. The lettuce was rancid. Very bitter. It was overwhelming and ruined the food. When I complained, the first woman was very nice and replaced it. But it was exactly the same. Meanwhile, the guy with the neck bandaids was acting as if I made the whole thing up when I brought back the replaced food. Acting as if I was attempting to scam them for chalupas. The man at the table next to me told me his was bitter also. Rather than get my money back, I left the food on the counter, and left
