Got JIPPED. Store 031318, order cc5768 11:52 am Jan 20, 2024. Missing 2 items, went back into store they gave us one and swore they gave us the other. Wrong. Missing a $2.99 item. The pinto beans were a total rip off at $2.79 (not only a lot less but at a lot more). The cheese on the cheesy bean and rice burrito wasn't melted. The chicken flatbread was rolled like a tacquito. Other items were a disappointment.
Honestly, this is my favorite taco bell in town. Taco bell is Taco Bell but this place delivers on a the customer experience that isn't a given these days. They always ask if I want to make it spicy, or double the meat. They always get my order right. The food is always hot. It's the only food stop still open late on my way home. I actually get sauce and napkins in the bag. I don't know when I started having to ask for napkins at fast food places but it's not a thing here. I know...read full review

My order was hot and fresh. The restaurant looked clean and was well stocked. It wasn't very busy at all, but it took 10 minutes or so to get our order. The drive-through did seem to move quickly, though
