Got the order completely wrong for our whole apt’s order Marked No Tomatoes and they put extra Marked steak grilled cheese burrito, got chicken Forgot 2 items, gave the incorrect drink, completely disregarded their job.

Stop calling drivers and the orders are not ready. For now on I'm leaving and letting it get cold. I could have left and did another order. Cost he 15 bucks waiting 20 minutes then I left. Got 30 people working on the place and the food is still never ready.

Staff did nothing to stop a gut from having his shoes off in the restaurant. This creates an unsafe environment for food service
Great fast service! Gone here 10 or 15 times, no issues. Ordered off the classic menu early December and the gordita was indistinguishable from a soft taco. Just poor presentation that I don't blame employees for corporate ideas. Also new products have learning curve to perfect.

I normally don't take to Google for negative experiences, but since my receipt was not returned with my corrected order, I can't just take this to corporate. Normally I don't gripe about things with a fast food place because I know everyone's trying their best, but something so wildly misunderstood as what just happened with my order is something that needs to be coached for these employees before someone who doesn't respond as politely as I get inconvenienced. Not only did they get my food order wrong, but when I came in to correct it I was quizzed down as if I was trying to get something for nothing!! Oh, not to mention that the store has completely had these employees deprioritized everything in person. They only prioritize the online orders, don't expect to get any help if you order in the store!!!
