Did a door dash, they had the food at the drive through window. And instead of asking what's the name they had me wait 20 minutes and still served the food instead of remaking...very unsanitary and disrespectful to the customer

Drive thru order. The cashier at the window open / shut window rushing you out with the paper bag skimpy tacos thin and half empty, my request for taco sauce and napkins was not included. It's now feeling like mad fake food. I drive thru the drive thru anytime from 8-9 pm. Smile & greet a customer makes a big difference.

It took three tries for them to get myorder right. Spicy potato soft taco with chicken. First they just gave me a chicken taco. Then potato and chicken without the creamy spicy sauce signature to the spicy potato soft taco. At that point I gave up and just asked for a cup of the sauce and they acted like I was asking them to bend over backwards to give me what I ordered. Won’t be coming back to this location.Dietary restrictions: They don’t bother to read the orders as they’re placed, I would NOT trust them to respect dietary restrictions.

The staff in the drive-thru was so friendly. This was my first time at Taco Bell in years. I ordered the chicken chalupas. I love the shell on those.
