I needed to kill some time while having my car serviced, and saw Taco Time as a nearby option that I haven’t tried before.
The first thing I noticed is that offer actual meals here.
I tried the Fiesta Platter, which came with a crisp taco, burrito, tater tots, beans, chips, salad and sauce. Served on an actual plate.

I showed up a little late for the dining room hours after work because I didn't know I am new to the area and had just gotten off work but the staff was extremely nice and my beef natural soft taco was bomb

Lots of options on the menu, several vegetarian items. They are fast food and have a kids' menu.
Parking lot is tiny but plenty of street parking. Has a drive through and is wheelchair accessible. It can take a little longer than other fast food places, but it's worth the extra couple of minutes, and you can see the kitchen...
