The staff at Tacoma Java are always very kind and welcoming to me and everyone else in line and I will go out of my way to get their blended matcha. It's light on the earthy flavor and I add vanilla for sweetness (please forgive me, Japan). This spot should have a higher rating in my opinion. A lot of shops around Tacoma have baristas that are super hit or miss but the girls here always get it right! And if they don’t they catch it and correct it for you immediately! Definitely my favorite coffee shop and baristas in town<3
