Carnitas are actually fried with nice crisp on pork, salsa has some heat but not overpowering the flavor that fully compliments the pork. Authentic horchata! Amazing! This is one of the best taco trucks in Tacoma! They are located across from the Asian Supermarket in a small parking lot of a computer shop. They cook everything fresh, and it's very fast. The Street Tacos are very authentic (Yes basic, as street tacos should be!) They are seasoned very well. The Chicken enchiladas here are better than ANY STAND ALONE Mexican restaurant in Tacoma. Good food truck but can be hit and miss sometimes. Orders tend to be highly accurate but a few times the carne asada I have gotten has been very grisly. Waiting area is covered and enclosed with a single space heater. Very cold in winter but it works. Parking is mostly street parking as there are only 2 parking spots in the lot. It is nice that you can call in orders. Staff is always friendly and food comes out quickly. Rarely more than a 10 minute wait for food.
