Been there before, spent a lot of money, thought this was a good spot but they showed their true colors when my friend contacted them to inquire about rates for having a celebration there. The response said yes they do have a rental fee schedule and that “it’s expensive”. they then suggested maybe we would be better off just getting a table and ordering food... “It’s expensive” is not a rate. Could have sent us the price, let us decide if it was too expensive, then make a decision. Now the decision is to never go there again.

A lovely neighborhood venue, and one I truly hope will prosper. When I tell friends (and I do, often) that we have a champagne bar in the neighborhood they glow with envy. As they should! Both the interior and exterior are lovely, perfect for relaxing, an upscale environment. The seating is comfortable and the lighting and music add to that relaxing vibe. Lots of bubbles on the menu, and still wine for those who prefer that. What keeps this from being a five star is that every time in the past few weeks we have visited they are out of so, so much. Many of the nonvintage champagnes, most of the nosh offerings. What saved this from being three stars, this visit, was Casey, our server. They were out of several bottles we were interested in, but he offered samples until we found one we loved. His cheerfulness overrode the disappointment that most of the food and many bubbles options were not available. I'm a big supporter. I bought $300 in gift cards last December and I visit many more times than I check-in. I'm looking forward to our next stop in!

I went in this afternoon for the first time and if the woman who was working today continues to do so it will be my last. She obviously has no history of customer service. It wasn't packed only two tables had customers when I entered. I sat at the table by the window. Never once was I acknowledged. Not even a simple hello. I sat and watched as she "helped" 3 people who entered after me. She struggled to make the simplest of espresso orders. If part of your job requires you to make espresso drinks you better know how. I walked out 15 minutes later still without receiving any acknowledgment of my presence. From other reviews it seems like the rest of the staff is great. So to have such a terrible experience is really disappointing.
Lovely venue, charming wait staff. Have visited twice and can't wait for my next!

I love this place! All the drinks are excellent. You can't go wrong. The menu is the perfect selection of small plates for you and your group to share. Large and small tables. Airy and stylish inside. Staff are excellent. Come here and expect to stay awhile, you'll want to.

They're knowledgeable about champagne and are great at finding something you'll like. The flights are a great way to taste a few and compare. The dealer's choice is my go-to because I can enjoy a glass of incredible champagne without having to go all out for the bottle. Great place for sips and conversation.
