Had a great time celebrating our kiddo’s 9th birthday. They were very accommodating in making sure we got to sit in the trolley. The mizithra cheese and browned butter slaps every time. And our server Brooke was lovely and attentive—one of the best we have had. Thank you Brooke!!!

This only got rated low for the food. It's a fun place, my kids really love the caboose in the center. We had a large party for an anniversary and our server was fantastic! She was on top of what we needed constantly and did a great job navigating all the kids we had with us. But alas, the food is mediocre, its been a while since I've been there so in my memory it was better but I feel like I could replicate everything we ate at home with no culinary training and that's...

I love the Old Spaghetti Factory, and I have loved it forever. Every dish I've had there was delicious, and this most recent visit is no exception. I keep meaning to try the lasagna, but I haven't gotten through the other plates yet! We always get top quality service, too, and Joel was attentive when he was supposed to be and without hovering. Perfect!
