I love spaghetti factory.So i'm kind of picking on them here. The food quality is always spot on. I was kind of herded into the bar , even though I didn't really want to eat in the bar , which was a little off putting. And then the twenty something year old bartender was incredibly inexperienced. She had dry cork in a new bottle of wine. She was trying to open it but clearly struggling. Nobody had ever taught her how to solve that problem.So she eventually shoved...

They were very busy and needed more waiters and servers. We had to wait for over an hour for food. We got our drinks and had refills before dinner came. Appetizers came and we're good the broccoli appetizer is good and cheesy bread with marinara. The bread they give for free sourdough came after appetizers and our salads and soups that came with our meal. No crackers were brought for the soup. And Ceasars dressing for salads is homemade in house, so my daughter didn't...

Never disappointed by a visit to the old spaghetti factory! We brought a large party for our grandma’s birthday, and our waiter, Zachary, made it a memorable and fun time. He was accommodating, funny, helpful, and truly gave us his best.
