The Heidelberg is always my favorite beer here! It's in my radius so I come here a lot but this last time I arrived, it was very crowded and busy but then when I went to the taps to order a beer the manger abruptly asked me if I was ordering to go and I said no I was getting a beer he told me to "have a seat and we'll be right with you", even though there was no seats to be found. Instead of the "hey how can I help you, let me find a seat when something is available, or simply pour the beer so u could stand in the hallway as I did. It's interactions like this as a local that makes me sad. Love this place but what the heck!

Not really impressed with hot dogs. Tiny dog on a nice bun with lots of salad or bean type toppings. They are reasonably priced though. The sausages are much more substantial and a nicer flavor than a plain frankfurter. The dirty nachos was also a pass for me. I don’t really like too much salad on my nachos For me, the best part is the beer selection/prices and atmosphere. If they added a pool table…I might hangout there too much.

*21+ establishment*Upon arriving it was really busy , so with it being a seat yourself establishment it was a little tricky finding a spot at first. Once we were seated the service was pretty rapid from here on out. They have a sizable list of fully decorated hot dogs and sausages (craft beer as well but didn't try it) for a fair price. I had tried The Chicago outfit sausage and it came out juicy with a generous amount of condiments on top. I don't think you'd be disappointed trying anything on The Red Hot's menu.

Fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Always something new on tap. Daily food specials. Great dogs prepared quickly. Huge beer selection. Many local beers featured.
