This is their secret room, a speakeasy. There are two hidden door options to get into the hallway where you will find it. The bartender had a custom mixed drink menu he designed himself.

We place our food order, 45 mins later the waitress came and said their new system glitched and our order didn't go through, and now our order is another HOUR out. She said she asked the kitchen staff to make our order asap and “they yelled at her and said no”. When I asked if a manager could help the situation, she (the waitress) said she was the only manager there that night. We had a young child with us so it was a really poor experience. They brought the child's food and we opted to not wait an hour for our meal. Really disappointing experience, they need better management all around.

Wow - What a find! Great food and service. On top of that, this place is the most unique and intriguing place I've ever experienced - globally! After dinner, we experienced the multiple bars hidden throughout the restaurant/hotel. All had a unique theme to them. You have to visit this place to truly appreciate it - you will not be disappointed!

It can sometimes get a little loud depending on busyness. However I absolutely love it here, it's one of my favorite places to eat and enjoy the company of friends or family at. Amazing atmosphere and exceptional service from everyone. I will always recommend this location

Hostess and waitress were so friendly helpful Definitely would go back. Just had burgers with yummy bacon jam. Fries and tater tops were fair. Not hot tho which was disappointing. That was why it wasn't 5 stars I didn't tell waiter staff so they couldn't have done anything.

Been wanting to come here for awhile but kept having to cancel. It's a fun place. Decor & vibe are electric and chill. We did a date night and I thought for someone's first date it would be perfect. Views of the port of Tacoma were gorgeous. Our table was further back, not along the windows but we still had a nice view. Food was great. Had the fish & chips. We are glad we made a reservation bc there was a wait for walk ins. I'll be back.

The staff were amazing and gentle and kind, but the food is really expensive and most of the menu items are not very good and are a waste of money. 5 menu items to split between the 8 of my friends was $157, not including tip.

What a wonderful place to have a drink, if you can find it!!! I passed this bar while outside Elks Temple & while inside, all the while I had no idea where it was. Once we found it, we enjoyed a delicious cocktail in this cozy and intimate location. I can’t give you any hints, because that would spoil the fun, but the staff might be able to point you in the right direction. Happy hunting!

Great service, didn't wait long for food and our server was very attentive. Looks like prices have gone up since our last visit. $90 for 2 adults and 1 kid for lunch with tip seems pretty steep.

Went for my husband's birthday. We love McMenamins and it feels like our home bar. Was surprised to learn they don't do anything special for birthdays. Nevertheless, we love it there!

This place is amazing! Beautiful and fun interior resulting from a $30 million restoration of a 1915 building. Excellent service delivered by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great food and beverages.

Lovely dinner, beautiful setting and great service. Such a gorgeous, European looking building with a view of the river. Our food was delicious (mushroom pizza, poke bowl, spicy sausage dish. Our waiter Camille was very nice and friendly. We had a great time!

The ambiance is wonderful. The seating is great for a larger party. The service was soooooo slow. We arrived at 5:50 and left at 7:45. Most of that time was spent waiting for dessert. The food we got was good but cold. I would go again because the place is beautiful-just don't expect a great meal.
