This was definitely a one-of-a-kind experience for me and my boyfriend! The lobster bomb was deliciously creamy lobster with nice crusty bread, bacon and scrambled eggs which we both enjoyed. The monte cristo introduced us to reindeer sausage while giving a good balance between savory and sweet. The true cherry on top was Chef Shawn Tibbitts tableside manner as he genuinely greets every table guest and educates us on his decolonized kitchen approach. We were so lucky to enjoy...
As a foodie and someone who ran a small kitchen, I have a wide pallet and have a knack for what makes a good meal, plating is good but for me what makes a meal is flavor, that speaks to my soul and is my food love language. Visiting Tibbits , I must Say Chef Shawn did not disappoint yet again!
He is fueled with passion , is a great host and to top it, he is doing amazing things in the community .

One of the best experiences! Food is out of this world good and the chef/ owner Shawn is so hospitable and personable. Cannot rave enough about this joint. If you’re looking for a family breakfast or a brunch date, this is your spot.
