I'm newer to google so forgive me if I'm not doing this right. But I just got a new set of teeth and chose to come here first! LOVED it! Awesome job chef! I had the bread pudding and it was to die for.
I love the story behind the owner at Tibbits Fernhill. It's unbelievable what he can accomplish in such a small kitchen with the equipment he's using. The food and the experience is something I will remember for a long time and wish I was local to come back. If you're visiting or passing by Tacoma, make this a stop in your trip, you will not be disappointed! It's a small place and reservations by phone are absolutely needed.
