Came here for brunch at 10am to celebrate my Birthday. I wasn’t expecting to have such a personable experience and to be greeted by the owner. We ordered the hash and the French toast. Both dishes were superb and we loved how the food was plated. Everything looked so full and rich, that it just makes your mouth water. Shawn Tibbits even gave us a tour of his kitchen and it was amazing to hear his story and that he strives for sustainability and zero waste. We really support...
Made reservations to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was an excellent choice, Shawn is super friendly and welcoming, The food is incredible but the most impressive part is how he creates such and incredible food in his small humble kitchen space and the way he treats his patrons is priceless

This was a brilliant experience, Shawn warmly managed us in this past Sunday morning without a reservation (rare I’m told, but the holiday weekend served in our favor). (Make a reservation)!
The food was superior to any we had in Tacoma, lovely, cozy atmosphere! It is simply amazing what Shawn produced in a tiny kitchen with lovely, dedicated staff! The Lobster bomb is an absolute must! The strawberry flapjack and French toast were delicious… but buyer beware…....
