Great bahn mis and bowls! Peach tea is the best but the place is a bit small which is fine. We usually take it to goDietary restrictions: They have great tofu options!

Grabbed a few banh mi's and drinks from this cool spot in Proctor and wow, so good! The bread is crunchy but still soft and warm. They use fresh ingredients and the service is fast and friendly! Vietnamese iced coffee is strong and delicious and they also have tasty bubble teas. So satisfying and can't wait to go back!!!

the costumer service isn't that good, I was with my friend and we were walking to toast mi, she ordered a tarp drink but she had to leave so she canceled the drink, then it was all me. I offered 2 drinks and it costed 13 dollars, the register said it was 18 but it clearly said 13 on the screen, she got pissed at me since I kept pulling our money, I pulled out 18 or less dollars! and she got another staff member to count the money since she didn't want to, then a very nice staff said that she would pay for the 3 dollars but the register was pissed off and she said no, and I said to cancel the second drink but they didn't and I was so nervous and I kept apologizing, then the register kept gossiping about me in Vietnamese.

Amazingly good and full sando. I got extra mean and no jalapenos. The house sauce was tasty and the veg was crisp. I'll go back soon.

We discovered this place during the pandemic and can't stop coming back. Their boba tea is otherworldly: one of the best in the PNW (my favorite is Taro, without oreo cookies). As far as bahn mi goes, I usually go with #1 (grilled pork), which is delicious, but on my recent visit I tried the Notre Dame and it may be my new favorite. Service is usually fast, although it can get busy on the weekends. Their prices have increased recently, but it's still one of the more affordable places to get a quick lunch.

Sandwich was great. Bread was still crispy after a 30 min car ride and the filling was really good and service was fast! Also the sandwiches are reasonably priced, not like some pretentious hipster viet place that charges over 10 dollars for a sandwich

Great service, quality, and taste. I'm a repeat customer and it's always the same as the first time Yummy! I order grilled pork.

I came in for lunch and tried their tofu banh mi which was very good! I believe that's their main vegetarian option and the tofu is soft & tasty! The sauce they use is very good, and it compliments the pickled veggies well! I just wish it was more evenly spread out, or maybe mine just traveled to the bottom of the sandwich bc gravity lol & Their Vietnamese iced coffee is yummy too! Perfect amount of sweetness. The food was prepared quickly & the banh mi was fresh & toasty :) the store is tucked away behind the Starbucks and it was pleasant to dine in and sit at their counter space. the staff was kind and also quick to prepare the order. would love to go back again!

Delicious! Stopped by for lunch from out of town and didn't want anything too heavy. The pork sandwhich was perfectly balanced with flavor and textures. Bread was great and overall this hit the spot. I also got a blended coconut coffee not too sweet (they have options for sweetness level) Plus- as an autistic adult I get overwhelmed with options and their menu was simply, clearly laid out to make ordering as smooth as possible. Will return!
