We finished our appetizers and our drinks and we’ve been waiting for our food for 45 minutes. The waitresses never once come to check on us.

On Saturday I had the opportunity of attending the 5th anniversary Liberation Gala at the Tacoma Urban Elk club in Tacoma Washington.
The food and service the Tacoma Urban Elk provided was good. This is a great place to hold an event.

Food is pretty good, love the little chicken sliders. Wish they would bring back the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. Love to sit near the fireplace when we can. Outdoors is nice when the temperature is right. Very friendly staff.

Came for holiday brunch. There was some confusion with our reservation but the manager Becca was very nice when we arrived and we had no issues. Food and service were great. Our family had a great time!

What a great place! Delicious food, reasonably priced, friendly and attentive service and great atmosphere! Happy hour starts at 3pm and has great options. I’ve been here 3 times now, and all in one week! I took a tour of the club yesterday and it was so cool. It’s really inexpensive to join and there’s so much offered. To name a few, pool tables, handball courts, sauna, impressive gym, lodge ballroom/event room (has a stage!). Check it out! Take a tour. Dave and Ellen were wonderful as were all of the servers and obviously the cooks and back of the house. I can’t believe it took me so long to check this place out.

Good service and great prices for all day happy hour Monday. We will be back!

I came here today to catch some football and lunch. Service was terrible due to them clearly being under staffed so I don’t fault the waiter who was also bartending. It was not obvious to seat ourselves so we stood there longer than necessary, once seated it took about 5 minutes to get our drink order, 25 minutes later my food arrives before our drinks. Again clearly under staffed as our waitress was very apologetic. I watched what appeared to be a manager walking around and checking on other tables that had what appeared to be gild club members. Throughout my entire visit we felt ignored and neglected. I will not return and will pass along my experience to everyone I know. If you aren’t a mega rich golfer I think you’re better off hitting up the nearest fast food restaurant as they will at least be kind to you.
