This is a friendly and welcoming place with excellent coffee. Coffee is definitely fresh roasted with strong flavor. Staff make you feel welcome with their personable demeanor. A must visit.
Hands down the best coffee in Tacoma. Their roast is perfect, so drinking it black will always taste great. Their mocha is also very different from any other place. Very smooth proper chocolate and not too sweet.
I tried Valhalla's decaf during a late afternoon visit yesterday and was amazed. I have never met a decaf I enjoyed, but at the urging of the barista I gave it a go. I am planning my entire day today around another late afternoon visit for their delicious, water-processed decaf.
